In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

References to any statute or statutory provision include all amendments, extensions, or re-enactments thereof. Headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. References to "including" mean "including without limitation".

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus or promotion-specific terms published on the heybaji vip platform, constitute the entire agreement between heybaji vip and each registered player.

By taking any of the following actions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions:

• Clicking the "Register" or "Sign Up" button during the account creation process;
• Logging into an existing heybaji vip account;
• Depositing funds into your heybaji vip account;
• Placing any wager or participating in any game on the platform;
• Continuing to use the platform after any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions takes effect.

heybaji vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, heybaji vip will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or a prominent on-platform notice. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions regularly. Continued use of the heybaji vip platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

The heybaji vip platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on heybaji vip. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, the following eligibility conditions must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be a natural person (corporate entities may not register as players);
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual players;
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register that applies to heybaji vip;

• You must not previously have had a heybaji vip account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

heybaji vip conducts age and identity verification as part of its KYC process. You may be required to submit a copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. heybaji vip reserves the right to suspend deposits and withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Each player may hold one (1) account only on the heybaji vip platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration — including a false date of birth or a name that does not match your government-issued identification — is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times;
• Ensuring that no other person accesses your account;
• Notifying heybaji vip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account;
• Keeping your registered contact details (email address and mobile number) current and accurate;
• Completing KYC verification when requested by heybaji vip.

heybaji vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity carried out on your account using your correct credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified heybaji vip of a suspected security breach.

heybaji vip reserves the right to require enhanced due diligence (EDD) at any point in the account lifecycle, including requests for source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete EDD within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restrictions on withdrawals until satisfactory documentation is received.

heybaji vip supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the heybaji vip platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, though heybaji vip may apply transaction limits for security or compliance purposes.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits are credited to your heybaji vip balance instantly in most cases; processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• heybaji vip does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, except where heybaji vip expressly permits an alternative method.
• A valid, completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. heybaji vip reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Where additional compliance checks are required, processing may take longer; heybaji vip will communicate any delays to the player via their registered email address.
• heybaji vip reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request that has not yet been processed and return the funds to the player's balance in exceptional circumstances, including ongoing fraud investigations.

heybaji vip offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general bonus terms where they conflict.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by heybaji vip:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. heybaji vip reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments, geographic locations, or payment methods at its discretion.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Creating additional accounts to claim a welcome bonus again constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all bonuses and winnings derived therefrom being voided.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before they can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for heybaji vip bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. The applicable contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses expire after the time period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• heybaji vip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or void bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred.

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: wagering at low-risk outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting heybaji vip system errors or display errors, coordinating with other players to manipulate promotions, and using automated software or bots in connection with bonus play.

As a registered player on the heybaji vip platform, you agree at all times to:

• Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes;
• Provide accurate and truthful information to heybaji vip at all times;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gaming;
• Cooperate fully with heybaji vip's KYC, AML, and responsible gaming processes;
• Play using only your own funds and not funds derived from criminal activity;
• Contact heybaji vip support if you believe you may have a gambling problem.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the heybaji vip platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security of the heybaji vip platform;
• Colluding with other players, heybaji vip staff, or game providers to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or miscalculations in game software or odds pricing;
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person using your own account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications with heybaji vip staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the heybaji vip platform.

heybaji vip monitors platform activity continuously for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, heybaji vip may, without prior notice, suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending wagers and bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawal pending investigation. The player will be notified of any such action via their registered email address and will have a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final determination is made, except where immediate action is required to protect the platform's integrity or comply with a legal obligation.

Closure by the Player: You may close your heybaji vip account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing, ensure that all active bonuses have been either completed or forfeited and that your real-money balance has been fully withdrawn. heybaji vip will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe and will confirm closure via your registered email address.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the heybaji vip responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cool-off period to permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, heybaji vip will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account. Players are reminded that self-exclusion does not automatically prevent them from creating a new account — if you are requesting self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, please request permanent exclusion and do not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period.

Closure by heybaji vip: heybaji vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification or enhanced due diligence within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a person under the age of 18;
• Compliance with a legal obligation or direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to dormancy procedures with prior notice).

Where heybaji vip closes an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms & Conditions or suspected fraud, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not returned on closure.
